The team waiting for you:

As our AI Enablement Lead, you will be the internal authority on applied AI - identifying where AI creates leverage, leading adoption initiatives, and ensuring teams have the tools, workflows, and knowledge to deliver real value. Operating at the intersection of engineering capability and business outcomes, you will translate experimentation into production-grade enablement while working closely with the Director of Engineering, EMs, Staff Engineers, and key business stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Act as a hands-on software engineer to build, maintain, and continuously improve AI-driven tools, automations, and dev-assistants for internal use.

Oversee our internal AI platform, migrating fragmented, ad-hoc, or siloed tools into a unified and standardized ecosystem accessible across teams.

Proactively identify high-leverage AI opportunities within a quarterly scope, bringing your own ideas to the table and executing them independently or alongside peer engineers.

Drive internal AI adoption by organizing hands-on workshops, guild meetups, and live demos (directly or by empowering other engineers to showcase their work).

Serve as the main technical point of contact for internal AI initiatives at both the Decodo and Source group levels.

Your skills & experiences:

A few years of hands-on experience in software development with solid engineering foundations and best practices.

Heavy, practical daily usage of AI tools/APIs in your own development workflows, with a strong intuition for practical AI use cases in software engineering.

High level of ownership—you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot bottlenecks, propose technical solutions, and take them across the finish line.

Strong communication skills with an appetite for educating others, sharing best practices, and organizing technical workshops or guild sessions.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Experience developing Developer Experience (DevEx) or internal productivity tools would be plus.

Salary:

Gross salary: from 4750 - 6700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
